FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: electrode unit has base conducting no current. The base has proximal surface, distal surface and a set of through holes passing from proximal to distal surface. The first electrode is at least partially arranged on the distal surface and passes via some set of through holes to the proximal surface. The second electrode is at least partially arranged on the proximal surface at close distance relative to the first electrode. Insulating partition is arranged on a part of the proximal base surface between the first and the second electrode. Electrode is placed on tissue surface and electric field is applied. The device has the first electrode unit, power supply source, means for supporting molecule transport via pores in tissue surface. The molecule transport means has the second electrode unit or pressure source or ultrasound source or electric incorporation unit. Method involves applying electrode to tissue surface, applying pulsating electric field and transporting molecules via pores. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in introducing molecules via various tissue surfaces. 14 cl, 4 dwg
