SUBSTANCE: vodka "Jupiter" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: linden natural honey, 3.8-4.5 kg; 65.8% sugar syrup, 9.0-9.5 l; buckwheat groats aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first discharge, 3.0-3.5 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. Invention provides preparing vodka showing better organoleptic indices: clear liquid without foreign inclusions and deposit by its appearance, colorless color, mild taste typical for vodka with barely detected green pea in after tasting, typical vodka-like aroma with barely detected tint of freshly mowed grass. Tasting score of vodka - 9.69.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
