FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method includes production of cold-rolled strips and sheets from low-alloy steel of the following compositions: C, Al, Ti, V, Nb, no more than 0.2% and Si and Mn, no more than 1%; steel contains also boron in the amount necessary for fixation of nitrogen (>0,78•N), the remainder being iron and unavoidable admixtures; after melting slabs are obtained which are subjected to rolling at initial temperature above 100 C and final temperature below temperature Ar3, then, hot-rolled strip is wound at temperature not below 650 C and is subjected to cold rolling, after which cold-rolled strip is annealed till complete re-crystallization at lowest temperature within 520-780 C.
