SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting the relapses of perosseous osteosynthesis for treating children with Blount's disease due to performing roentgenograms, measuring the angle of axial deviation in deformed limb and that of dysplasia before therapy which should totally correspond to the angle of deformation correction being the important condition to prevent the relapse.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of prophylaxis.
