FIELD: biotechnology, in particular, apparatuses for cultivating of humans's or animal's cells and viruses in suspension and/or on microcarriers. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has case equipped with closure, process branch pipes and thermostatically controlling jacket, mixing device mounted inside casing, and bubbler located inside netted cylindrical vessel and adapted for aerating of nutrient medium therein. Netted vessel is arranged axially of case for rotation simultaneously with mixing device so as to isolate case volume including biological objects from nutrient medium aeration zone. Vertical plates of different height are positioned outside netted vessel and inside it for circulating of suspension and preventing vessel mesh openings from clogging. Apparatus may be used for preparing of vaccines and other biological preparations. EFFECT: increased yield of cells, viruses and cell synthesis products owing to improved hydrodynamic process and mass exchange process conditions in apparatus. 2 dwg
