SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to chromatographic isolation of a target cell or other complex biological material, particularly by column chromatography, such as affinity chromatography or gel-permeation chromatography. Present invention uses a receptor binding reagent which binds to a receptor molecule located on the surface of a target cell. Invention as a whole provides new methods of successive extraction of biological materials, such as cells, cell organelles, viruses and the like.
EFFECT: invention also relates to an apparatus for extracting cells and other complex biological materials.
