Then, counter-dominant is built and excessive psychophysical excitement is relieved by attracting attention to perceiving required action for building the counter- dominant at given time moment. The treatment is carried out by administering low intensity training exercises and assuming fixed poses and counterposes for 1-5 s. The most stressed areas are treated. 1-3 days later periodical diagnosing of organism is carried out to determine dominant changes.
