METHOD FOR SELECTION OF OPTIMAL DOSE OF UNFRACTIONATED HEPARIN IN SUBCUTANEOUS ADMINISTRATION IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME WITHOUT SEGMENT ST RISE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2223766 C1

FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for selection of optimal dose of unfractionated heparin (UFH) in subcutaneous administration in patients with acute coronary syndrome without rise of segment ST value. Treatment is carried out after intravenous administration of UFH in the dose 5 000 U and determination of value APTT (activated partial thromboplastin time) each 6 h after administration of UFH. At value APTT less 40 s UFH is administrated in the dose 12 500 U; at value APTT 40-49 s 10 000 U; at value APTT 50-75 s 7 500 U; at value APTT 76-85 s 5 000 U; at value APTT 86-100 s 2 500 U; at value APTT 101-150 s 2 500 U. At value APTT above 150 s UFH is not administrated and additional control of APTT is carried out in 3 h. Then UFH is administrated in the dose in value APTT less 40 s 12 500 U; at value APTT 40-49 s 10 000 U; at value APTT 50-75 s 7 500 U; at value APTT 76-85 s 5 000 U; at value APTT 86-100 s 2 500 U; at value APTT 101-150 s 2 500 U. Method provides reducing risk of bleeding and development of unfavorable coronary events. EFFECT: improved treatment method. 1 tbl, 1 ex
