FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying training sessions based on biofeedback on heart beat rate with maximum respiratory cardiac arrhythmia being achieved. Every session has 1 to 10 min long training and rest periods. When having rest, a patient carries out diaphragm-related breathing without biofeedback signals being used. Training and rest period proportions are set within the first 1-3 sessions as 1:1-2:1 with following increase to 3:1-10:1 within next 3-10 sessions and then reducing to 1:5-1:10 within the last 5-10 sessions. The whole treatment course is composed of 10- 20 training sessions, each being 10-25 min long. EFFECT: stability of trained diaphragm-related respiration pattern.
