SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with performing seances to train diaphragmatic respiration by applying biological feedback by heart rate (HR), moreover, schoolchildren are suggested to breath by making inhalation after achieving the maximum heart rate value at expiration. At first, according to the data of 1-2 seances one should detect the value of respiratory arrhythmia (RA) and depending upon its value and schoolchild's age one should put the mark ranged 1-5 points. Then it is necessary to conduct 5-10 training seances to reestimate RA in points. If previous 5-point-mark remains seances should be stopped. If in case of previous 3-4-point-marks this value remains or is 1-2 points higher one should continue seances up to 11-15. If in case of previous 1-2-point-mark this value is 1-2 points higher one should continue seances up to 16-20, and if it is not altered siances should be stopped to direct a schoolchild for detecting accompanying pathology. After its removal the whole cycle to detect the tactics of correction should be repeated once more. The method enables to detect such tactics to correct functional state in schoolchildren at which complete correction of the present state could be achieved.
