FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: as curative solutions it is suggested to introduce crystalloid, hemodynamic, disintoxication, protein solutions and conduct plasmapheresis due to membranous-centrifugal method without hemodynamic loading at removing 40% circulating plasma at therapy course consisted of 1-3 seances for 72 h. The present innovation provides stabilization of hemodynamics both during plasmapheresis seance and after it, decreases loading upon heart that, in future, prevents repeated myocardial infarctions. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 2 ex, 1 tbl
