FIELD: underwater mineral deposit development, particularly to produce liquid and gaseous substances, namely artificial islands mounted on piles or like supports.

SUBSTANCE: method involves successively installing semisubmersible base and horizontal platform with production equipment on ground; fastening semisubmersible base body with ground by means of hollow piles to be filled with cement, wherein each pile includes outer and inner casing pipes and gap between the casing pipes is filled with cement mortar, outer casing pipe has length enough to span unstable rock layer, inner casing pipe has length to provide predetermined tie between the casing pipe and stable rock; fixedly connecting platform base and inner casing pipe with each other with the use of anchor strength joint comprising rod member, anchor and hydraulic tightening mechanism, wherein the anchor may be rigidly secured to inner casing pipe at predetermined depth; installing semisubmersible base body on ground support panel; fastening outer casing pipe of the pile with ground support panel arranged on gravel bed adapted to level ground; securing base body to ground support panel with the use of anchor strength joints with predetermined force, which is measured during platform usage in dependence of ambient conditions change.

EFFECT: increased seismic stability, possibility to erect platform on stable and unstable ground.
