SUBSTANCE: invention relates to group of new compounds that are binding molecules representing a recombinant polypeptide antibody or adhesion molecule comprising: (i) binding domain that is able to bind with a target-molecule; (ii) effector domain having amino acid sequence that is shows homology mainly with all constant domain of human immunoglobulin heavy chain or with its part wherein a binding molecule is able to bind with a target-molecule but without stimulation of significant complement-dependent lysis or cell-mediated destruction of target. Effector domain shows capacity to bind specifically with FcRn and/or FcγRIIb and represents chimeric domain that originates from domains CH2 of heavy chain of two or more human immunoglobulins being human immunoglobulins are taken among IgG1, IgG2 and IgG4 and wherein chimeric domain represents the domain CH2 of human immunoglobulins heavy chain that comprises the following blocks of amino acids in the claimed positions: 233P, 234V, 235A and 236G, and 327G, 330S and 331A in accordance with the numeration system EU and can represent at least 98% of similarity with sequence CH2 (residues 231-340) in human IgG1, IgG2 having indicated modified amino acids; and also to isolated nucleic acid comprising nucleotide sequence encoding effector domain of a binding molecule; to replicating virus comprising this nucleic acid; to method for preparing a binding molecule; to method for binding target-molecule and pharmaceutical preparation containing a binding molecule.
