FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, baking and confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus 1 has set of sequentially arranged functional units including at least one product preparing unit and at least one product baking unit, conveyor 2 for holding and moving products through said units. Baking unit 15 has channel oven, where conveyor 2 is moving along predetermined portion 44 of path having ascending branches 45 and vertical descending branches 46, hot air introducing devices 50 arranged at one side of said branches, and air suction devices 51 arranged at other opposite side of said branches. Such construction of baking unit provides for uniform temperature distribution over the entire baking zone since air flows passing through each conveyor branch have equal temperatures. EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to uniform distribution of temperature over the entire baking zone and, accordingly, improved baking quality. 6 cl, 11 dwg
