FIELD: food treatment devices. SUBSTANCE: method involves sealing bag after filling thereof; introducing two metal or plastic tubes into the bag for circulation of filling liquid; connecting tubes through pump to secondary loop of heat-exchanger; simultaneous heating filling liquid into container, pump, tubes and heat-exchanger with the use of heated water or steam; cooling food into container with the use of cold water into primary loop of heat-exchanger; removing tubes after bag sterilization; sealing container for prevention of contamination ingress into the bag. EFFECT: possibility of food packing into bags formed of novelty plastic materials included, for instance, into multi-layered heat-resistant foil mater. 6 cl, 2 dwg
