FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of fruits treatment before their storage. Essential oils of the same fruits and epiphytic substance of cuticular layer of vegetable raw are applied on miscella surface in order to reduce losses in bacterial damage and to prolong time storage of fruits. Miscella is prepared by extraction of biomass of micromycetes Mortierella marburgensis with nonpolar extractant in supercritical state.
