METHOD FOR COMBINED PHOTOREGISTRATION BY TWO HIGH-SPEED PHOTO CAMERAS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2227928 C2

FIELD: procedure of photoregistration of single, high-speed processes (quick burning, explosion, propagation of shock waves) on a photosensitive medium (photographic film) making it possible to carry out a combined photoregistration of the analyzed process simultaneously by two photo cameras through one entry objective lens within the sweep length range from 1000 to 100 μs at the respective sweep speeds on the photographic film within 0.375 to 3.75 km/s. SUBSTANCE: a luminous flux is formed by the entry objective lens, divided into two equal parts, each of them is directed through the respective inner lens and the scanning mirror of the first and second photo cameras to the respective fixed photographic films, on which the image of the analyzed process is registered, the luminous flux is divided in the horizontal plane so that the first part of the luminous flux is directed directly to the first photo camera, and the second one is directed to the second photo camera through an additional reflecting mirror, the path lengths of the divided luminous fluxes are set equal, and for production of two images with different sweep speeds the required speeds of rotation of the scanning mirrors are set. EFFECT: eliminated optical parallax of the image, enhanced reliability of photoregistration of single processes. 1 dwg
