FIELD: machining of metals. SUBSTANCE: needle-grinding tool with discontinuous working surface includes grinding wheel with recesses and protrusions, disks and bevel washers to fix wheel and disks on spindle. Each disk has holes arranged on periphery which number is equal to number of recesses in grinding wheel. L-shaped bundles of wire pile are so mounted in holes that recesses in wheel are filled with bundles of wire pile, which enhances quality of surface machining.
