FIELD: manufacturing processes in machine engineering, namely working by abrasive tool, for example for circular, outer and surface grinding of parts made of material with trend to flaw occurring such as burnings and microcracking. SUBSTANCE: builtup grinding disc includes at least three coaxially arranged abrasive discs with the same height. Mean disc is inclined by angle α relative to plane normal to rotation axis and it is mounted in such a way that its working layer is axially shifted in direction of lengthwise feed. In zone of contact interruption between mean disc and part, cutting fluid is fed through axial and radial passages of hollow spindle and radial openings of spacing tapered washers between terminal and mean discs. Oscillation of grinding zone and its interruption in lengthwise direction allows to intensify grinding modes. EFFECT: enhanced vibration proofness, enhanced grinding modes, lowered thermic stresses at grinding. 3 cl, 4 dwg
