FIELD: medicine, particularly, microsurgery, traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of rear surface of forearm of cutaneous-fascial graft on distal vascular pedicle; ligation of proximal ends after section; lifting of graft on venous pedicle up to point of rotation and moving to place of defect over subcutaneous tunnel or by additional incision made form point of rotation to defect in region of hand and fingers with subsequent fixation of this graft; arterialization carried out by making one microvascular anastomosis between one of veins of graft and common finger artery that preserves blood outflow and improved graft supply. EFFECT: reduced injury of operation and complications, reduced time of operation. 7 dwg
