SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing raw and preparing sugar syrup with addition to syrup the preparation obtained from biomass of micromycetes Mortierella bainieri by the designated technology in the amount 0.2-0.5% by mass of stewed fruit. Prepared raw and syrup are packaged into container that is sealed and sterilized. Invention provides improving organoleptic properties and reducing corrosion activity of the end product.
