FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has ultra-high frequency tract having at least one area provided with ultra-high frequency radiator being designed as at least one ultra-high frequency-transparent slit and ultraviolet radiation source arranged coaxially with the tract and manufactured as axial symmetric no electrode ultra-high frequency gas-discharge lamp having ultra-high frequency- and ultraviolet-transparent envelope having a through extra-vacuum cavity arranged along axis of symmetry. The ultra-high frequency tract is designed as coaxial transmitting line having central conductor arranged in the through extra-vacuum cavity of the no electrode ultra-high frequency gas-discharge lamp on the area bearing the ultra-high frequency power radiator and no electrode ultra-high frequency gas-discharge lamp. External conductor envelops it in azimuth direction so that ultra-high frequency-transparent slits of the radiator are arranged in the external conductor of the coaxial line transversely to its axis and are ultraviolet-transparent. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of bactericide treatment; excluded noise waves of lower types. 4 dwg
