FIELD: investigation of phase transitions in dissolved-molten media. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods determining temperature of start of crystallization in solution-melt (liquidus temperature). Technique consists in overheating of solution-melt for its homogenization and in visual determination of temperature of start of crystallization. Technique utilizes precision heating furnace securing crystallization in central point of surface of solution-melt on seed with stepped slow cooling of 10-5 C of solution-melt and cure of 1-2 h at each temperature step. EFFECT: sufficiently accurate and reliable establishment of start of crystallization on seed in the form of spontaneous crystals corresponding to studied phase in central point of surface of solution-melt. 2 cl, 2 dwg
