FIELD: equipment recording radiation. SUBSTANCE: detector is produced on base of high-frequency connector inside which sensitive element based on diamond plate with hole in center is placed. One side of diamond plate carries conducting contacts in the form of closed concentric surfaces of complex shape positioned one inside other. Contacts are separated by gap. Outlines of surfaces of conducting contacts facing gap include alternating protrusions and recesses arranged in symmetry with reference to center of sensitive element. Recesses of inner outline of external contact are located opposite to protrusions of outer outline of internal contact. EFFECT: enhanced time resolution of detector with preservation of high sensitivity and absence of dependence of sensitivity on radiation energy. 4 dwg
