SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with supplementing the diet with probiotic preparation manufactured based upon somatoliberin-expressing recombinant Lactobacillus sp. 8PA3 (pLF-SL2) strain in digestive tract. The method enables to increase milk and meat performance in animals and improve the quality of production, that is: increase protein concentration in milk, increase the portion of muscular tissue and decrease fat content in meat.
