FIELD: rabbit breeding; veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to improve the amino acid composition of rabbit meat while preventing oxidative stress in them. The method includes oral administration to rabbits of the feed additive "Abiopept" with feed at a dose of 1 ml/kg of body weight daily from 10 to 60 days of age, as well as a double administration of feed additive "Nitamin" with drinking water at a dose of 1.0 ml/ kg of body weight with an interval of 1 month at 30 days and 60 days of age.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the content of a number of amino acids in rabbit meat, as well as to prevent the development of oxidative stress in rabbits.
