FIELD: cattle breeding; veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rabbit breeding and veterinary science and can be used to increase productivity and haemopoiesis with simultaneous improvement of taste properties of obtained meat in rabbits. Method consists in introducing "Bio-iron with microelements" preparation with fodder in dose of 1 ml/kg of live body weight, every other day, up to 60-day age from 30-day age. In 30-day, 35-day and 40-day-old rabbits do intramuscular injection of preparation "Hydropeptone-plus" in dose 0.2 ml/kg of body weight.
EFFECT: invention provides higher weight gain of rabbits, stimulation of erythropoiesis and, as a result, increased productivity with simultaneous stimulation of animal health, prevention of microelements, safety of livestock and reduced expenditures for reproduction and improvement of taste properties of produced meat.
