FIELD: animal breeding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to animal breeding and veterinary science and concerns a method for increasing biological value of rabbit meat with simultaneous prevention of microelementosis. Method involves feeding young stock twice with water containing Ferropeptide in dose of 0.5 ml/kg of animal weight daily for 2–3 months. That is combined with oral administration of Abiopeptide with fodder in dose of 1 ml/kg of body weight daily from 10-day to 60-day age.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase content of a number of amino acids in rabbit meat, as well as to prevent development of microelementosis in rabbits.
