SUBSTANCE: special vodka "Tulsky Kreml" contains the following components, per 1 000 dal of ready product: sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.3-0.7 kg; aromatic alcohol prepared from garden marjoram (flowers, leaves), lavender (flowering tops), horse-mint (Turkish Melissa) and cinnamon (bark), 7.0-10.0 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 22.0-24.0 l; rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purification and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Invention provides preparing special vodka with higher organoleptic indices, without alteration in storing, and expanding assortment of special vodkas due to the aggregate of features eliciting synergetic effect and involving conferring tartness to vodka and barely detected and taste of muscatel wine on the background of vodka aroma.
