FIELD: microbiology, toxicology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for purification of preparations of botulinic toxin. The strain-producer Clostridium botulinum is cultured under anaerobic conditions. Toxic-containing culture is centrifuged and toxin is extracted from precipitate prepared. Isolation of neurotoxin is carried out under conditions optimal for dissociation of components of toxic complex at pH 7.9 and in the concentration of sodium phosphate salt 0.025 M. Method provides reducing time for preparing neurotoxin, amount of stages in isolation of the preparation and to elevate the yield of the end product. EFFECT: improved preparing method. 2 tbl, 4 ex
