FIELD: devices for controlling vibration in mechanical systems. SUBSTANCE: device includes multi-layer block whose members are made of ferroelectric ceramic with diffuse phase transition and pickup for measuring capacitance. Multi-layer block is divided by sections that serve as electromechanical and mechano-electric converters. Electromechanical section has no irreversibly changed characteristics. Mechano-electric section is connected together with capacitance measuring pickup to fed back circuit that allows to take into account reversible changes of characteristics. Maximum efficiency of invention may be provided in systems for active control of vibrations of flying objects. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of device. 1 dwg
