FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in manufacturing supplements to foodstuffs eliciting the enhanced nutrient value. Invention proposes a method for manufacturing the biologically active food supplement. Method is carried by the following manner. Baking yeast biomass is cultured in molasses-saline medium and in 6-8 h of the culturing onset a growth stimulating agent of polyphenolic nature is added to cultural fluid. Yeast suspension is treated with 0.001-0.01% solution of enzyme preparation with hydrolytic effect. Then three-stage extraction of lipids is carried out at temperature 40-50 C for 25-30 min in the ratio biomass : alcoholic solution = 1:(6-8). The prepared precipitate is separated from extractant, washed out with water in the ratio precipitate : water = 1:(8-10). Then hydrolysis of nucleic acids and extraction of nucleotides formed is carried out at temperature 40-50 C for 50-60 min in the ratio biomass : extractant = 1:(4-5) and at pH 8.0-9.0. The prepared precipitate is separated from extractant, washed out with water in the ratio precipitate : water = 1:(8-10) and dried at 80-85 C under vacuum. Invention provides enhancing quality of the supplement by removal of undesirable intra-acidic components form biomass.
EFFECT: improved manufacturing method, valuable properties of supplement.
