FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to methods for producing biologically active substances based on nucleic acids from Chlorella vulgaris Beijerink microalgae. Method involves producing a sodium salt of DNA recovered from Chlorella vulgaris Beijerink microalgae. Method of producing sodium nucleinate from biomass of said microalga comprises purifying biomaterial from components of cell material (lipids, pigment complex, polysaccharides, proteins, and so forth), hydrolysis in citrate-salt solution, disposal of cell sludge and denatured proteins, deposition of nucleic acids in form of sodium salts with ethyl alcohol, centrifugation, washing of the residue with ethyl alcohol, drying and milling of the preparation.
EFFECT: obtained preparation can be used as a nucleic acid-based immunostimulant for use in treating animals, as well as to be used in chemical-pharmaceutical, biotechnological, veterinary and food industry for producing preparations and products based on nucleic acids.
