FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and biochemistry, particularly to production of sodium salt of DNA recovered from Chlorella vulgaris microalgae. Method of producing sodium nucleinate preparation involves mechanical lysing of cell membrane of microalgae, purification of biomaterial from lipids, pigment complex, polysaccharides, proteins, and so forth, hydrolysis in citrate salt solution, elimination of cell sludge and denatured proteins, precipitation of nucleic acids in form of sodium salts with ethanol, centrifugation, washing of precipitate with alcohol, drying and milling of the preparation to finely dispersed powder state.
EFFECT: product can be used as an immunostimulant for veterinary use in treating animals, as well as use in chemical-pharmaceutical, biotechnological, veterinary and food industry.
