FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: described are methods for synthesising sodium nucleinate from dry lyophilized biomass of Chlorella vulgaris Beijerink microalga of strain IGF No. C-111, involving hydrolysis in a citrate-saline solution, separation from cell sludge and denatured proteins, precipitation of nucleic acids in form of sodium salts with ethyl alcohol, centrifugation, washing the precipitate with ethyl alcohol, drying and grinding the preparation to a state of a finely dispersed powder.
EFFECT: technical result is synthesis of a pure product.
