The device contains a power source, a light source in the 480±5 nm region, a light modulator configured to adjust the light flux supply modes, an acoustic signal generator and an attenuator configured to adjust the acoustic signal supply modes. At the same time, the light modulator, the acoustic signal generator and the attenuator are configured to set the duration of pauses between oscillations, the frequency of pulsations and the frequency of the acoustic signal, corresponding to a frequency equivalent to the rhythms of the electrophysiological activity of the cerebral cortex from 2 Hz to 180 Hz, while the device contains light sensors and sound with the possibility of selecting the brightness levels of the light flux and acoustic signal, taking into account similar environmental parameters.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of creating a device for photorhythmic and sound stimulation of the cerebral cortex in order to influence human biorhythms, taking into account the environment.
