FIELD: experimental medicine.

SUBSTANCE: the present method could be applied in radiobiological experiments and further in clinical practice. Stimulation of colony-formation in splenic blood-producing precursor cells should be carried out due to introducing DNA obtained out of soft roe. Preparation should be introduced either before or after irradiation daily at the dosage of 40-60 mcg/mouse for 5-7 d. Moreover, the last dosage of preparation before irradiation and the first dosage after irradiation it is necessary to introduce 1-2 h before and after irradiation, correspondingly. The method provides no side effect.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of colony-formation.
