SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stimulating agents for colony formation of hemopoietic cells. Method is carried out by administration in animals enzymatic hydrolyzate prepared of marine hydrocoles in the dose 40-50 mcg. Stimulating substance is administrated in animals before or after irradiation for 5-7 days, not less. Invention provides enhancing the effectiveness of colony formation of hemopoietic precursor-cell in spleen by 2-4 times and to accelerate recovery of hemopoiesis in animals after irradiation.

EFFECT: improved stimulating method for colony formation.
