FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing a tooth for making dental inlay. Injured dental crown surface is smoothed to build horizontal platform. Cavity is prepared for making dental inlay using pulp chamber. The cavity is box-shaped with walls divergent towards bottom from 8° to 10°. Root canal entrances are covered with glass ionomer cement or liquid flowing composite material. The same material is used for smoothening bottom and wall roughness. Monolith whole ceramic inlay is produced as dental crown part and pin. Relation binding dental crown part height and pin length is selected within the limits from 1:1.5 to 1:3, respectively. The inlay is fitted and fixed in the tooth.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; wide range of applications; improved physiological conditions and simplicity of the method.
