FIELD: semiconductors and dielectric monocrystals cutting.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to devices used for semiconductors and dielectric monocrystals cutting, and also other solid brittle materials. The technical result is automation of discs pulling adjustment in process of their operation. For this purpose the device contains a housing with a bottom and a cartridge installed inside it, a drive providing the cartridge motion along the housing. The drive is located between the butt of the cartridge and the bottom of the housing. On the housing there are binding rings for fastening a disc. At that the drive used for the cartridge motion is made in the form of a flexible chamber, the surface of which is facing a butt of the cartridge and has a hole for filling the chamber with a liquid. In the capacity of the liquid they use a magnetic liquid. Besides there is an induction coil built in the bottom of the housing and positioned coaxially to it.
EFFECT: the invention provides automation of discs pulling adjustment in process of their operation.
