FIELD: waste processing.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises oxidation of waste with pure oxygen or air oxygen in horizontal reactor at 650-750оС followed by condensing molybdenum trioxide in external condensers at 15-40оС. Subsequent purification eliminating triuranium octaoxide is performed via of vacuum sublimation at 450-750оС and residual pressure 103-104 Pa.
EFFECT: decreased number of stages and reduced power consumption.
