FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: one should carry out ultrasound inspection of the state of vascular circulatory system and circulatory character in B-mode at obtaining multiple poly-plane sections. One should determine maximal arterial rate of circulation and index of peripheral vascular resistance in area of pathological neoplasm. In case of pathological, hypervascular, hyperintensive neoangiocirculation at a certain mode not less than in 3 intra-tumor vessels and index of peripheral vascular resistance being under 0.5 one should diagnose skin melanoma. The innovation enables to increase accuracy of primary and differential diagnostics of skin neoplasms, avoid the usage of invasive diagnostic methods, individualize and coordinate the approaches in treating patients with skin melanoma.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
