SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting the character of an eye ball's neoplasm. Diagnostics of intraocular neoplasms includes ultrasound investigation for the state of vascular circulatory system and the character of circulation in B-mode at obtaining multiple poly-plane sections. One should determine the rate of circulation in area of pathological neoplasms. In case of pathological hypervascularized hyperintensive neoangiocirculation, in the mode of energetic Doppler mapping (EDM) in not less than in three intra-tumor vessels and the index of peripheral vascular resistance being below 0.5 one should diagnose choroidal melanoma. The innovation enables to increase accuracy of primary and differential diagnostics of eye ball's neoplasms.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
