FIELD: medicine, cardiovascular surgery.

SUBSTANCE: the method includes incubation in solution with agents causing lethality in donor's cells, incubation in nutritive medium to wash agents off. Incubation should be carried out at 37 C during the day in 0.02%-ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid solution or ethylene diamine tetrasodium acetate in Hanks' solution, gentamicin 400 mg/l, flucanasol 20 mg/l followed by incubation at 37 C during the day in minimum calcium-free Eagle's nutritive medium at addition of 0.02%-ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid or ethylene diamine tetrasodium acetate. The present innovation enables to achieve decreased tissue capacity and calcification in combination with decreased immune reaction to an implant.
