FIELD: evaluation of quality of liquid products.

SUBSTANCE: method of investigation of multicomponent liquid consists in that specified volume of analyzed liquid in the form of drop is arranged under preset environmental conditions on stiff support so that shear modes can be excited in above-mentioned drop in ultrasonic frequency range and mechanical impedance of drop of analyzed liquid is determined. Mentioned drop is dried and mechanical impedance is established in process of drop drying, dynamics of above-mentioned mechanical impedance is recorded in process of drop drying which is used in the capacity of informative parameter. Obtained dynamics of mechanical impedance is compared with dynamics of mechanical impedance of reference specimen examined before. Stiff support mentioned above can be employed as resonator and mechanical impedance can be found by misbalance voltage of bridge circuit that incorporates given resonator.

Given approach made is possible to develop method of investigation of multicomponent liquid ensuring fast and effective analysis of liquid and enabling process of formation of structures in multicomponent liquids to be evaluated.
