FIELD: communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: technical result consists in rendering services of intellectual network to mobile subscribers while they make roaming. With this in mind recording in network transmitting package data is fulfilled, request for information on recording from data base is demanded and data base is returned to receiving center. In this case\information on recording and information on services are related to intellectual network and information on services includes address of called applications for mobile network and services updated by logic in function of control over service of intellectual network.
