SUBSTANCE: beverage contains the following components, wt%: pectin extract of grape pomace with weight part of pectin substances of at least 2.5% 280-380; natural grape juice with weight part of dry substances of at least 16% 710-590; vitamin additive of hawthorn fruit 10-30. Beverage has red-brown color and coordinated taste with refreshing forest aroma.
EFFECT: improved prophylactic properties and increased quality of beverage.
