FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular to production of non-alcoholic beverages from natural vegetal raw materials of functional purpose. Proposed is a non-alcoholic preventive drink which is made from a pectin extract with a weight fraction of pectin substances of not less than 0.5-2.5%, an acidified water extract of rosehips, concentrated raspberry and pomegranate juices, water infusions of lemon mint and ginger, water and sugar, wherein said pectin extract is obtained from grape refuses, or apple refuses, or a mixture of grape refuses and apple refuses in ratio of 1:1, or a mixture of pectin extracts from apple and grape refuses in ratio of 1:1 at the following ratio of initial components by weight, kg/100 dal: pectin extract with weight fraction of pectin substances of not less than 0.5-2.5% – 309 kg; acidified water extract of rosehips 515 kg; concentrated pomegranate juice – 61.8 kg; raspberry concentrated juice – 61.8 kg; water infusion of lemon mint 10.3 kg; water infusion of ginger 20.6 kg; sugar 60 kg; water – balance.
EFFECT: invention provides improved organoleptic properties, increased vitamin and biological value and increased range of alcohol-free beverages from natural raw materials.
