FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular, to the production of alcohol-free vitamin beverage based on natural ingredients with functional properties and intended for health and preventive alimentation. The beverage contains the following ingredients, kg/1000 l: rosehips infusion produced from dry fruits taken in an amount of - 42-47, natural honey - 39-42, sugar - 89-91, maral blood plasma - 0.11-0.13, adsorbed bee royal jelly - 0.25-0.35, thick rhodiola rosea extract - 2.2-2.4, thick tick trefoil extract - 4.4-4.6, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, ascorbic acid and nisin.
EFFECT: invention allows expanding the range of preventive properties due to the stabilising effect on the nervous system as well as due to the recovery and stimulating effect in case of fatigue and asthenic syndromes after a disease; additionally, the invention allows increasing the beverage storage life.
