SUBSTANCE: invention relates to health-improving physical culture, in particular to swimming, namely to physical exercises in water, hydrokinesiotherapy, and can be used in the prevention of practically healthy, without obvious pathologies, pregnant women by aqua fitness. At all times, there has always been and there is an urgent problem of bearing and giving birth to a healthy child, associated with various reasons for the state of health of a pregnant woman, starting from the early stage of her pregnancy, due to the lack, in particular, of timely fixation in a pregnant woman of indicators preceding the onset of symptoms of preeclampsia and their operational corrections. The essence of the invention consists in the timely detection of controlled parameters of a pregnant woman's well-being, the determination of her inherent risk group, each of which is formed according to the complex values of the degree of manifestation of predictor markers. After that, for each pregnant woman from the corresponding risk group, an individual training complex of exercises is carried out under the control of predictor markers preceding the onset of symptoms of preeclampsia, which include gestational weight, outwardly pronounced edema, increased systolic and diastolic pressure relative to the norm, and decreased pulse pressure.

EFFECT: method provides a reduction in the possible risks of occurrence and development of preeclampsia.
